A New EraÂ
As we continue to strive for excellence and enhance our facilities, Lake Nona Golf & Country Club is thrilled to announce the comprehensive expansion and renovation of our beloved Clubhouse and Bath & Racquet Club, a significant capital investment by ownership that will transform the Club into a state-of-the-art destination for our Members’ continued enjoyment. This multi-year, phased project will ensure that Members retain Club amenities and services throughout the renovation. Current details are available below and we will continue to update this information as the project progresses.
We are incredibly excited about this new chapter for Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. As we embrace the delicate partnership between tradition and progress, we will continually strive to set the benchmark for lifestyle-driven club communities for years to come.
All-New Fitness Center Now Open!
The energy and enthusiasm in the Club have never been higher, since the opening of the all-new Fitness Center in Clubhouse annex and we look forward to welcoming you to experience this state-of-the-art facility! Encompassing 12,000 sq.ft., the all-new two-story building adjacent to the existing Clubhouse features:
- A covered walkway/breezeway connecting the annex to the Clubhouse
- A 5,000 sq. ft., best-in-class fitness center featuring an expanded collection of new Technogym equipment, group exercise and yoga rooms
- Elevated men’s and ladies’ lounges and locker rooms outfitted with steam and sauna rooms
- Outdoor patio space
- A permanent Turn Grill kitchen and barÂ
Fairways has temporarily relocated dining operations to the annex lounges, which will operate as one shared dining space during Clubhouse renovations. Once the Clubhouse renovation is completed, the men’s and ladies’ lounges in the annex will become their intended separate spaces.
Coming Early 2027
- A new modern façade consistent with the annex design.
- A modern main dining venue with a centralized bar, banquettes, and soft seating.
- Expansive, new kitchens to allow for increased culinary capabilities.
- Fairways will be reimagined with a centralized bar and expanded indoors and outdoors.
- All-new addition of: a private dining room, dedicated bakeshop, dedicated buffet dining space, and family game room.
- The entire interior will be redesigned with elevated finishes, furniture, and décor.Â
Renovations Underway; Clubhouse Closed Through 2026Â
During renovations, the Pro Shop will remain open, Fairways has relocated dining operations to the annex lounges to ensure the member experience is minimally impacted, and a substantial tent and mobile kitchen have been added to the Back Lawn to enable the Club to host events, celebrations, and private parties.Â
Coming Late Spring 2027
- Expanded golf cart parking near pool entrance.
- Expanded Nona Crewhouse for enhanced children’s programming.
- Reimagined, resort-style pool with zero-entry access, lap lanes, and new furnishings.
- New and expanded poolside dining and bar – a vibrant gathering space.
- In partnership with the HOA, the playground will be relocated to an area adjacent to the tennis courts.
- Playground would be fenced and gated, with pathway access from the Bath & Racquet Club.
